I purchased a gold rose for my partner. The flower was nice. The box was pretty good, but expensive. The engraving on the rose is not good. It is very poor hand quality. Not worth it.
Incomplete order arrived with no vase and incorrect case, I had to call contact customer service to correct fulfillment error, then when case and vase arrived the quality of the vase was very disappointing
