At The Forever Rose, we stand behind our products. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty and a Satisfaction Guarantee on all Roses and Orchids purchased on or after March 20, 2018.

90-Day Return Policy

Our Return Policy allows returns for a refund or replacement of most items within 90 days of delivery. Please follow the link above for complete return policy info, including exclusions.

Rose & Orchid Limited Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects during normal display use, such as lacquer peeling or metal delamination. Exclusions are detailed in the "What is Not Covered" section.

  • Resolution: Repair or replacement (at our discretion).
  • Substitutions: Similar items may be provided if yours is discontinued.
  • Proof of Purchase: All warranty claims require an itemized proof of purchase(order confirmation page or e-mail).
  • Warranty Registration:  Registration at purchase is not required, but is encouraged to facilitate proof of purchase verification in case you cannot find your original proof of purchase or order number.
  • Processing Fee: After 90 days, a $10 processing fee will be collected to cover the cost of outbound shipping and handling.
  • Note: Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft or mysterious disappearance. No refunds for items over 90 days. The cost of inbound or outbound shipping is covered for 90 days, but is the customer's responsibility after 90 days. Credit card statements may help us locate your order but are not sufficient proof of purchase.

  • Wear and tear, loss, or theft.
  • Heat, chemicals, or element exposure.
  • Dropping, crushing, or improper mounting.
  • Tarnishing, unless as a result of manufacturing defect (for example, flaking or peeling metal)
  • Accumulation of dust, or grime.
  • Gradual changes of color from aging unless a result of a manufacturing defect
  • Glass dome breakage (not reported in 1 week).
  • Third-party repairs or modifications.
  • Damage from abrasive cleaning products or improper cleaning techniques.
  • Inbound/outbound shipping charges (after 90 days)
  • Incidental or consequential damages resulting from a manufacturing defect.
  • Damage or losses caused by failure to obtain necessary repairs or intervention required to preserve the integrity of the product.

Important Claim Details

  • Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or email is required for all claims.
  • Processing Fee (US): $10 collected prior to return to cover shipping/handling.
  • International: Shipping quotes provided upon claim.
