How to Make a Return or Exchange

  • Get Authorization: Contact us first. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging (including gift boxes).
  • Timeline: Processing typically takes 5-10 business days once received.
  • Exchanges: We encourage you to place a new order for the item you want, and return your original order for a refund. Please contact us if this doesn't work for you.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Claims for damage or missing items must be received within one week of delivery. Claims for lost in transit must be made within three weeks of shipping. Please keep all packaging, damaged items and take photos. We will replace the item via ground service or issue a refund if unavailable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Mistake: We provide a prepaid label if the item is damaged or wrong.
  • Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Prepaid labels available upon request (cost deducted from refund). In the case of an exchange we will cover the cost of outbound shipping for items that would qualify for free U.S. shipping.
  • Original Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Duties & Taxes: Duties & taxes for international shipments are non-refundable.
