1) Check Amazon US

We sell some of our products on Amazon and Amazon does ship our products globally through their Global Shipping Program. You can find our items at the HERE, and check and see if your address is eligible: 


2) Use a package forwarding service

There are companies who specialize in forwarding packages around the world. We ship them the package in the US and they send it on to you. Since we offer free shipping on orders over $50, this means you won't pay any extra in shipping to use this service. We don't endorse any specific company, but here is an article that provides some reviews of freight forwarders.


3) Friends & Family in the US

If you have a friend or family member in the US we could ship the package to them and they could forward it to you. Like my first suggestion, this really doesn't add any cost because we offer free shipping on all orders over $50, which covers just about every rose we sell. The other advantage to this is that some countries will not assess duties on items sent from individual to individual.


4) Request an Exception

Please contact us to request an exception to our international shipping policy. We will consider granting exceptions on a case by case basis, taking into account the destination country and our order volume.


International Custom Fees, Import Taxes, Duties and Other Fees:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. The Forever Rose does not charge these fees, and in most cases we have no advance knowledge of or control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you during your purchase, either online or via telephone. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees that may apply. If you refuse delivery on a package, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes.


Here is an estimate of how long it will take for you to receive a Forever Rose from the time that your order ships. We try to ship all orders within 1 or 2 business days from the time an order is received. If there is any further delay in shipment, other than an item noted as out of stock on our website, we will contact you of the possible delay.
