The crystal rose was easy to order, the communication from the company since it’s a special order was excellent. I was aware of the status of my order and when it was going to be delivered.
When I received the rose it was done beautifully and was exactly as expected. I would order another for a special occasion.

I purchased the Custom Platinum Trim Aurora Borealis Forever Rose with Austrian Crystals very close to our anniversary and didn't realize that there had been a 14 day production timeline. Forever Rose contacted me and asked when I would like to have it delivered by and even though it was just under the production timeline they went above and beyond to make sure this rose was delivered on time for our anniversary. Thank you so much for the time and effort when it was originally all my mistake. I have been a customer for over 5 years and will continue to purchase these flowers yearly, their customer service is more than excellent.

The Australian crystals enhanced the design tremendously. It’s a true designer piece.
