After reading all the reviews didn’t hesitate to buy this for my 20th anniversary- perfect as platinum is the metal for this moment , on arrival opened in excitement to see the craftsmanship everyone had spoke of , the rose was extremely damaged bits of metal everywhere the rose was snapped , only things intact was the vase and box so puzzled how the damaged caused , can’t be replaced in time as won’t get to me on time , gutted as can see an undamaged rose would be a stunning purchase ..
