What Qualifies for Free Shipping? Most orders of $50+ to the continental U.S. qualify for a free shipping option that typically delivers to the Eastern U.S. in 1-4 business days, and Western U.S. in 4-5 business days.

When Will My Order Ship? Orders placed before 10AM EST ship same business day. Custom items may ship same business day or next business day.

When will my order arrive and how much will it cost? Shipping options and arrival dates are calculated during checkout based on your items and shipping address.

Will My Order Require A Signature? We require a signature on most orders over $499. Signatures may also be required at the discretion of the delivery person.

Delivery Outside the United States? Customers in Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand may place an order/ obtain shipping rates and times directly through our website checkout. Customers in all other countries should contact us for rates and availability.

Detailed Shipping Info & Answers

🛡️ Shipping Insurance & Claims

Coverage: Every package is insured against damage or loss until marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Coverage ends once the package is marked as delivered. Shipping insurance does not cover theft from the delivery address / porch piracy. 

  • Reporting: Shortage, damage or misdelivery, must be reported within 7 days. Lost in transit must be reported within 3 weeks. For damage or shortage, please keep all original packaging and take photos for inspection.
  • Resolution: We will replace damaged/lost items via standard ground service. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • Misdelivery: Subject to carrier investigation (GPS and photo confirmation).

Same Day Shipping: Most orders placed before 10AM EST (Mon-Fri).
Custom Items: Please allow one additional business day for processing.

Specific Delivery Dates: While we make every effort, we cannot 100% guarantee exact arrival dates. For time-sensitive orders, please choose UPS Expedited and leave a note in the special request box at checkout.

Free Shipping Available for orders $50+ (Contiguous US). Choice of carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) is at our discretion.
Signature Required Required for orders $499+ or high-risk addresses. You may also request a signature via checkout notes.
Address Changes Addresses generally cannot be updated once processed. We recommend using UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager to check for self-service redirect options.

🌍 International Shipments

Direct Shipping: Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Other Countries: Please use a forwarding service or visit our Amazon Global Store for worldwide delivery.

Customs & Duties: Not included unless "DDP" is specified. Unpaid fees are the buyer's responsibility.

⚠️ Refused & Undeliverable Packages

Please do not refuse your package for any reason. If delivery is refused or the address you provide is incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable:

  • The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as outstanding duties, fees, or taxes. When possible these costs will be deducted from any refund owed.
  • If an item is destroyed by customs or not returned due to a failure to arrange clearance, no refund will be offered.
