These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. BINDING ARBITRATION: The Parties agree that any Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration conducted through the platform provided by New Era ADR, Inc. ("NEA"). YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. Any court proceedings shall be conducted in Broward County, Florida.

SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.

Arbitration: As noted in Section 18, all SMS disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration through New Era ADR.
