We pride ourselves on offering fast, efficient, and affordable shipping options to make ordering with us a breeze. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our shipping process and policies.

Summary of Our Shipping Policies

  • Most orders of $50 and up to the continental U.S. are eligible for a free shipping option 
  • Most orders placed before 10AM will ship same business day
  • Orders placed after 10AM, orders with engraving or customization, may ship next business day
  • Shipping options, arrival dates, and fees are estimated during the checkout process once you enter your shipping address.
  • If you need your order on a specific day please contact us or leave a special request at checkout. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates and arrival time and time in transit are estimates.
  • Orders over $499 will be sent "Signature Required"
  • International customs and duties are not included unless otherwise noted
  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. 
  • All shipping charges are final and non refundable

Can You Deliver on a Specific Date?

In short, we will make our best effort, but we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery on a specific date. If you would like to coordinate a specific delivery date, please choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air and leave a special request note at checkout with the date you want your package to arrive. Please do not use our Free Shipping service when delivery on a specific date is important.

Please keep in mind that we utilize third party shipping carriers - primarily UPS and USPS - to deliver our orders. Carrier delays (or early deliveries) are always a possibility and no one can absolutely guarantee an exact delivery date.

We recommend that you leave a buffer of a day or two to make sure your order will arrive when you need it and if your order is time sensitive please leave a note at checkout so we can make sure we can accommodate your delivery requirement before shipping.

When will my order ship?
Order Processing Times:

  • Most orders placed before 10:00AM EST will ship same business day, excluding holidays and weekends
  • Orders placed after 10:00AM EST may ship same day or next business day, excluding holidays and weekends
  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped no later than Monday, unless Monday is a holiday
  • Orders with engraving or custom items may take one additional business day to process
  • If your address cannot be verified automatically we will require confirmation before releasing your order and this may result in a delay

 

How long will it take my order to arrvie?
Shipping Times:

Our checkout process shows estimated arrival dates when the carrier lets us know. When we're not able to obtain this info from the carrier, we will provide an estimated time in transit.

Below are our estimated times in transit for our various shipping options. Please keep in mind that orders placed after 10:00AM EST may ship the next business day after they are placed and shipping times start from the date the package is picked up from our warehouse. For time critical shipments, we highly recommend adding a buffer of 1-2 days from when you need it, as delays due occur and shipping guarantees are limited to a refund of shipping cost. If in doubt about transit time, please contact us or leave a note on your order.

  • USPS First Class & Priority Mail: 3-6 Mail Days (M-S) UPS Ground: 1-4 Business Days in the Eastern U.S., 4-7 Business Days Western U.S. (M-F) 
  • UPS Ground Saver (Formerly SurePost): 2-5 Business Days in the Eastern U.S., 5-8 Business Days Western U.S. (M-F) 
  • UPS 3 Day Select: End of 3rd business day (M-F) after shipment 
  • UPS 2nd Day: End of 2nd business day (M-F) after shipment 
  • UPS Next Day: End Of Next Business Day after shipment 

 

 

Will my order require a signature?
Signature Requirements

  • Orders Under $500: We do not request a signature on most orders under $500
  • Orders $500 or Over: We do request a signature on most orders over $499 and on orders in any amount that we deem as high risk. At your request and at our discretion we may offer an exception to this policy, but your package will not be insured and reimbursement will not be issued for loss or theft.
  • Orders to high risk addresses (as determined by our staff, past claims, and/or machine learning) may require a signature, regardless of value.
  • You may request your order be sent signature required by leaving leaving a note in the special request box in the shopping cart.
  • Ultimately, the decision to collect a signature or not lies with the delivery person/ carrier and we are unable to guarantee that a signature will or will not be required.

 

How do I qualify for free shipping?

  • Our free shipping option applies to most orders over $50.00 delivering to addresses in the continental U.S
  • Some product restrictions may apply and this will be noted on the individual product page
  • Free Shipping orders will ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL at our discretion.

Can I change the address once shipped?
Address Changes, Redirects & Intercepts:

In general, we are not able to update shipping addresses once your order is processed and shipped. Packages shipped via UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day and Ground may be eligible for the UPS delivery intercept. This service is offered by UPS for an additional fee starting at $24.00 + any change in shipping. Please contact us for more information on this service.

Do you ship internationally?
International Shipments:

In addition to the USA, we ship internationally to the following countries using UPS or USPS: 

  • Canada
  • UK
  • Ireland
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

If your country is not listed above we encourage you to check out The Forever Rose Amazon Store and utilize Amazon's Global Shipping Program. Alternatively, you may contact us to request a custom quote and we may grant an exception on a case by case basis.

  1. Check Amazon US
    We sell some of our products on Amazon and Amazon does ship our products globally through their Global Shipping Program. You can find our items at the link below, and check and see if your address is eligible: The Forever Rose Amazon Store

  2. Use a package forwarding service
    There are companies who specialize in forwarding packages around the world. We ship them the package in the US and they send it on to you. Since we offer free shipping on orders over $50, this means you won't pay any extra in shipping to use this service. We don't endorse any specific company, but here is an article that provides some reviews of freight forwarders.

  3. Friends & Family in the US
    If you have a friend or family member in the US we could ship the package to them and they could forward it to you. Like my first suggestion, this really doesn't add any cost because we offer free shipping on all orders over $50, which covers just about every rose we sell. The other advantage to this is that some countries will not assess duties on items sent from individual to individual.

  4. Request an Exception
    Please contact us to request an exception to our international shipping policy. We will consider granting exceptions on a case by case basis, taking into account the destination country and our expected order volume. 

Customs Fees, Import Taxes, Duties & Other Fees Are Not Included Unless Specified

International orders may be subject to customs brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. All such fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipping charges quoted during your purchase, unless noted otherwise. 

Some shipping options may offer a Duty Prepaid option (aka "DDP"). These shipping options will include the language "DDP", "Includes Taxes & Fees", or similar. If your shipping method includes duties and taxes we will calculate and collected estimated duties and taxes and remit them to your government via our customs broker. We use software to calculate these estimates, but from time to time the amount owed may be higher than we calculate and additional duties may be due. In the event additional duties are the responsibility of the recipient or the purchaser. If you determine that the import fees were lower than we calculated, you may contact us to request a refund.

 

Refused Packages

Please do not refuse your package for any reason. If you refuse delivery of a package, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes. If the item is destroyed by customs or not returned due to the recipient and/or purchaser failing to arrange clearance, no refund will be offered.
