90-Day Return Policy
Our Return Policy allows returns for a refund or replacement of most items within 90 days of delivery. Please follow the link above for complete return policy info, including exclusions.

Rose & Orchid Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects during normal display use, such as lacquer peeling or metal delamination. Exclusions are detailed in the "What is Not Covered" section.
- Resolution: Repair or replacement (at our discretion).

Substitutions: Similar items may be provided if yours is discontinued.
- Proof of Purchase: All warranty claims require an itemized proof of purchase (order confirmation page or e-mail).

Warranty Registration: Registration at purchase is not required, but is encouraged to facilitate proof of purchase verification in case you cannot find your original proof of purchase or order number.

Processing Fee: After 90 days, a $10 processing fee will be collected to cover the cost of outbound shipping and handling.

Note: Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft or mysterious disappearance. No refunds for items over 90 days. The cost of inbound or outbound shipping is covered for 90 days, but is the customer's responsibility after 90 days. Credit card statements may help us locate your order but are not sufficient proof of purchase.
