I was unhappy that the see through plastic window was marred up and was hazy. It should have been crystal clear and brand new looking. This was a disappointment.

Please be aware that we place a plastic film over the acrylic window to protect it in transit. Sometimes it's cut so close to the edge that it's not easy to see that it's removable. Please double check to be sure that you have removed the film. We offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee and would be happy to replace your leather box if it is damaged. The leather display case is fine, but rectangular plastic display piece is flimsy and the surface was marred.
