Q: Is the display case made from real leather?

A: Our display cases are made from vegan or simulated leather that does not utilize animal products. 

Q: What products will fit in this box?

A: This case fits all our genuine, classic length roses (11-12”). Not suitable for our orchids, or extra long stem roses (18”).

Q: Do I still get the classic Forever Rose gift box?

A: Our display cases are an upgraded version of our gift box and will not ship in additional gift packaging. If you would like both a classic gift box and leather case, please let us know and we would be happy to accommodate you.

Q: How do I replace the batteries in my LED module?
