The rose was beautiful, except I misspelled the middle name on the engraving. There wasnt much they could do considering I was the one who made the auto correct mistake. They did offer a free engraving with $10 discount on a new rose but I just dont have the money for a whole new rose. It’s unfortunate this was was supposed to be a really nice gift that was ruined all because I didnt review all the details. But, it would have been nice to have been offered a replacement considering how much these cost. Would have sent back what I got.
